This is the privacy policy for Adanera. It describes how Adanera accesses, uses, stores, and shares personal information, including Google user data.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Adanera ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). We help small businesses easily create and run advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, etc.) without requiring their own accounts.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile app, or services.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify you through the Service or by email (if we have your email address).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information you provide when you:

• Register for an account
• Create an advertising campaign
• Provide business details (name, description, location, images, phone number)
• Pay for services
• Contact customer support
• Subscribe to updates or marketing communications

This information may include:

• Full name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Google account information if you sign in with Google (see Section 4)
• Business information (name, description, location coordinates, service area radius, logo/images)
• Payment and billing information (processed by Stripe – we do not store card numbers)
• Preferences and settings

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

• Log and usage data (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)
• Device information (browser type, operating system, device model)
• IP address and general location
• Cookies and tracking identifiers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service delivery (Contract) – To create and manage advertising campaigns on third-party platforms
• Payment processing (Contract) – To process payments via Stripe
• Customer support (Contract) – To respond to your inquiries
• Service improvement (Legitimate Interest) – To analyze how our Service is used and improve it
• Fraud prevention and security (Legitimate Interest) – To detect and prevent unauthorized activity
• Marketing (Consent) – To send promotional emails if you have opted in
• Legal compliance (Legal Obligation) – To meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements

4. Google User Data

Adanera lets you create an account and sign in using Google Sign-In (OAuth). This section describes how Adanera accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes Google user data. We use this data only to provide and improve Adanera's user-facing features (account authentication and identifying you in the Service).

4.1 Google user data we access

When you choose "Sign in with Google," we request and receive the following Google user data from your Google account, with your consent:

• Google account email address
• Google account name (display name)
• Google account profile photo (if available)
• A unique Google account identifier used to authenticate you

We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google Workspace content.

4.2 How we use Google user data

We use Google user data solely to:

• Create and authenticate your Adanera account
• Identify you when you sign in
• Display your name and profile photo in your account
• Send service-related emails to the Google email address you provided (for example, account and campaign notifications)

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized or interest-based ads, retargeting, selling to data brokers, determining credit-worthiness, lending, creating unrelated databases, or developing, improving, or training non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

4.3 How we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, or any purpose other than providing or improving Adanera.

We share Google user data only with service providers that help us operate authentication and hosting, specifically Google Firebase (Google LLC), which processes sign-in and stores account records so you can log in. These providers may process the data only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose Google user data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, solely as needed to continue providing the Service.

4.4 How we protect Google user data

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews. Google user data is stored in our authentication and database systems (Firebase) with these protections.

4.5 Retention and deletion of Google user data

We retain Google user data (email, name, profile photo, and Google account identifier) while your Adanera account is active, and for up to 12 months after account closure unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When the retention period expires, we delete or destroy this data, or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you.

You may request deletion of your data by deleting your account in account settings, or by emailing privacy@adanera.com. If you delete your account through our self-service deletion feature, Google user data associated with your account is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems, except for billing records we must retain for legal compliance. Disconnecting Google Sign-In in your Google account settings will stop future access; to delete data already stored by Adanera, delete your Adanera account or contact us.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Advertising Platforms

When you create a campaign, we share the relevant business and location data you provide with third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google advertising products) in order to create and run ads on your behalf. These platforms process that campaign data in accordance with their own privacy policies. This campaign data is information you enter in Adanera; it is not Google Sign-In / OAuth user data. Google user data is not shared with advertising platforms.

5.2 Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our Service, including:

• Stripe, Inc. – Payment processing
• Google Firebase (Google LLC) – Authentication and database hosting
• Cloudflare, Inc. – Application hosting and automation

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

5.3 Legal and Business Transfers

We may disclose your information:

• If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. International Data Transfers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, including the United States.

Where we do so, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Account data: kept while your account is active, and for up to 12 months after closure
• Campaign data: retained for up to 24 months for reporting and legal purposes
• Billing and payment records: retained for at least 6 years to meet legal obligations

Exception: If you delete your account through our self-service deletion feature, all your personal data, campaigns, and content will be immediately and permanently deleted from our systems, except for billing records which we must retain for legal compliance.

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access – Request a copy of your data
• Correction – Update inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion – Request deletion of your personal data
• Restriction – Request limitation of processing
• Portability – Receive your data in a portable format
• Objection – Object to certain processing (e.g., marketing)

8.1 Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account:

• All personal data is permanently deleted – Your profile, business information, and preferences
• All campaigns are deleted – Your advertising campaigns and associated data
• All analytics data is removed – Your performance history and reports
• All uploaded content is deleted – Images, logos, and other files you've uploaded
• Authentication data is removed – Your login credentials and linked accounts

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For security reasons, you may need to sign in again before deleting your account.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to:

• Enable essential site functionality (including keeping you signed in)
• Analyze site usage to improve the Service

We do not use Google user data from Google Sign-In for advertising cookies, targeted ads, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We may use automated processes to:

• Approve or reject campaigns based on compliance checks
• Trigger refunds when campaigns are rejected by ad platforms

You have the right to request human review of these decisions.
