These are the terms of service for Adanera.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adanera ("Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Adanera allows you to create and manage ads that we submit to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Platforms, Inc.) on your behalf.

You acknowledge that these platforms have their own terms and policies, and that Adanera has no control over their decisions, including ad approval, targeting, and performance.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.1 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account:

• All your personal data, ads, and content will be permanently deleted
• You will lose access to all account features and historical data
• This action cannot be undone

For security reasons, you may be required to re-authenticate before deleting your account.

4. Advertising Content & Compliance

You are solely responsible for your ad content and agree that it will:

• Not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not be false, misleading, or deceptive
• Comply with the applicable advertising platform's guidelines

You grant Adanera a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to create and run your ads.

5. Third-Party Platforms

When you use our Service, you authorize us to share your ads data (including business details, location, and images) with third-party advertising platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• Rejection of ads by these platforms
• Changes to their policies or pricing
• Performance or results of ads

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize all charges according to your selected plan or budget.

Refunds are issued only in cases where ads are rejected before running.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Promote illegal products or services
• Infringe on intellectual property
• Submit harmful code or spam
• Circumvent ad platform rules

8. Automated Decisions

Some Service actions, such as ad approval/rejection and refunds, may be made automatically by our systems. By using the Service, you agree to automated decision-making.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, trademarks, and design, remain with Adanera.

Users retain rights to their own content but grant us the necessary rights to operate the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adanera harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adanera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Governing Law
